You will be notified by email by 1 March 2026, at which point registration and visa letter details will be available. Full papers (6 pages IEEE conference template) are due 1 July 2026 together with IEEE copyright form. Details available nearer the time.
Data Protection and Ethics Statement
By submitting your abstract, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of organising and managing the AUV2026 Conference. This includes communication regarding your submission, inclusion in the conference programme and materials if accepted, and related administrative tasks.
Your data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will only collect data necessary for the abstract review and event coordination process, and it will be stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.
You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data at any time. If your abstract includes information about other individuals, please ensure you have obtained their consent before submission.

AUV2026 has two tracks for submitting your contributions. Journal track (deadline already past) and standard track (submit abstracts via this page). Papers accepted via either route can be presented at the conference.

Submitted to journal track and accepted | No abstract needed—the journal abstract will be reused, and you will get a presentation slot. |
Submitted to journal track, not accepted but suitable for conference | No abstract needed here, but if you want to present (oral or poster), you’ll need to shorten your paper to the 6-page limit and submit as a full conference paper. |
Submitted to journal track, not accepted and not suitable for conference | Sorry, your paper cannot be presented. |
