Abstract decisions will be issued by 1 March 2026. Accepted authors are invited to submit a full paper for oral or poster presentation at the symposium as specified in the decision email. Only papers presented at the symposium will be included in the IEEE conference proceedings.
Visa letters are available on request (contact auv2026@soton.ac.uk). If you did not receive a decision email, please contact us. See the quick guide at the bottom of this page for how journal‑track and standard‑track submissions relate.
